We and our merchants back all our products with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. This guarantee covers all of the products listed on the Yorkshire Inks website for a period of 12 months after the initial purchase date.

We are very proud of the exceptionally high quality products available on our website, all of which have proven very low return rates. In the unlikely event you have any difficulties with any item we will:-

• Give full email support
• In the unlikely event of a technical problem, dispatch a replacement and arrange for a prepaid returns label to minimise disruption to you.
• Offer to repurchase all or part of the goods from you.

 

Unwanted / Items Purchased in Error

We will happily exchange, or refund from you, items bought in error within 30 days of purchase. All we ask is that the items were bought from Scarborough Cartridges website and are returned in their original unopened packaging in a resalable condition.

The return of unwanted products is at your expense. We recommend that you ask your post office for a Certificate of Posting as Royal Mail will not accept liability for lost items without this.
