We are still dispatching orders on time. However, due to the high volumes of parcels being processed by all delivery networks, a minority will take a day or more than expected. If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, please allow 5 days before contacting us.

All orders are dispatched promptly from our warehouse via either Royal Mail First Class post, or for larger orders, via an overnight courier service. A signature may be required for orders dispatched via courier.

The majority of orders are dispatched the same day and delivered within 24 hours (excluding orders placed over the weekend). 98% of orders arrive within 2 working days of being placed.

All Orders over £15 are shipped Free of charge.

Orders under £15 spend are subject to a £3.95 Delivery Charge.

Any orders wishing for next day delivery have the option at checkout to choose the Courier service, all orders for this service must be placed by 3pm to guarantee next day delivery.

Deliveries to The Highlands, Islands of Scotland, & Isles of Scilly can take 2-3 days longer and may be subject to an additional surcharge. The Channel Islands are classified as an international destination.       

Royal Mail delivers over 90% of all First class packages by the next working day, excluding Bank Holidays and Sundays. Royal Mail will normally deliver in 1-3 working days.

Although delays are rare they do occur within the postal system. Please allow 15 days for your order to arrive, especially during peak periods around Christmas and Bank Holidays as this is the number of days required to pass before a claim can be lodged with Royal Mail.

If you do not receive your goods within 1-3 days and you have not been notified of any delay by our customer service team please check for a Missed Delivery card or check with your local sorting office. Over 40% of lost or delayed parcels are simply waiting to be collected at the local depot.

Bank Holidays and Weekends - We do not despatch or deliver orders on Bank Holidays or Weekends, any orders placed over these days will be shipped on the next working day.
